Photography is prohibited, a noticeboard said, but…
Perhaps the most famous landmark in the city of Calcutta, Howrah bridge is indeed an engineering feat (especially by the Indian standard), I suppose. I walked to and from the other end of the 750-meters long bridge before boarding into a tram. In the evening, I crossed the bridge again in a bus to catch a train at the nearby Howrah station. Walking on the MG Road in the evening observing the activities, buildings and people was quite an experience.
