No Nepali writer was there in the festival as speaker or panelist. I noticed Sujeev Shakya, columnist of Nepali Times and writer of a book about Nepali economy but he was, I guessed, there as delegate. Last year Manjushree Thapa had attended (not sure if she spoke as I didn’t attend).
